And they are.

And they aren’t.

Because in apparel, progress isn’t about moving faster.

It’s about moving in the right order.

I’ve seen beautiful concepts fall apart in development.

Not because the idea wasn’t strong, but because the process wasn’t.
A few things that matter more than most people expect:
• Clarity before design
• A real tech pack, not a placeholder
• Multiple rounds of fit, not one and done
• Decisions made early that actually stick

Small misses compound quickly in this process.

And by the time you see them, you’re already behind.

Speed doesn’t protect a timeline.
