📣 We're Hiring at Johari!

We're looking for an experienced Bra Fitting Specialist to join our team in Montclair, NJ — 3 to 5 full days per week.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone with prior bra fitting experience in a lingerie shop, strong sales skills, and the genuine desire to make every customer feel comfortable and confident.

✨ Responsibilities include:
• Expert bra fittings for clients of all body types, ages & backgrounds
• Driving sales through personalized, authentic service
• Working with the buyer on receiving, stocking & ensuring merchandise is floor-ready
• Opening & closing as a trusted key holder
• Operating independently when needed

📋 Requirements:
• Prior bra fitting experience in a lingerie shop required
• Flexible & open to learning Johari's fitting approach
• Warm, low-pressure sales style
• Reliable, punctual & self-motivated
• Monday availability during peak season (April–July) for stocking & receiving
• Buying experience a plus

💰 Compensation based on experience. Health insurance not included.

What an incredible morning! 💕 I had the honor of speaking at Monday Morning Breakfast at the Martha's Vineyard Polar Bears — and they just set a new record with 490 exercisers in attendance!
