Billy has known and experienced strange spiritual power since he could remember. As a child he became accustomed to having visions of friends and relatives right before they would arrive in person. He knew whether they would be happy or sad by his premonitions before hand. The visions became clearer as he grew older and included messages from the spirit world as well. As his inuitive powers began to increase he put his gifts to use by channelling for people and he has developed a unique style of using the tarot cards in addition with his gift to increase his focus.
His readings run in 15 minute increments at $45.00 per 15 minutes. Most clients schedule 15 minutes or a half hour as there usually is no need for more than that in one session.
