I’m documenting this at the beginning of the year to see how the story concludes by the end of 2026.

I started following earlier this year and she inspired me to craft a trinket tree or two (or three or four 😜) for Christmas next year. I’ve been watching YouTube videos to learn the best way to glue them together and also get a supply list. I think I’m ready to go! The hardest part is collecting all the trinkets! I know I can easily buy them online, but finding them out in the wild is soooo much more fun! I went to an estate sale a few weeks ago and found a bunch to start my collection. I’m excited to get this trinket party started!

Ideally I’d like to use vintage bottlebrush trees that I find while I’m estate sale-ing, but I bought a bunch of new ones on clearance the other day as a backup.
•
I’ll add updates throughout the year as my collection grows. Follow along to see what trinkets I find and perhaps you’ll be inspired to make your own trinket tree!

Old friends and new friends…It was so nice speaking with all of you! It made my day (heck, my year!) to hear you say you came back to the market to see if I was there. You really know how to make a girl feel good!

This is the last weekend for the Holiday Market. I won’t be there, but I’d love for you to support my fellow vendors.

My advice is don’t leave without taking a quick glance through that section of the store. You never know what you might find!
