Hey DCL Luvs💕‼️

Happy Wednesday… it’s been a looooonng time. We have been missing you all & can’t wait to get back at it.! We saw this memory and thought 💭 it might be nice to share☀️with you again!!

Good morning ☀️! I wanted to show you all what a great plant 🪴 mom I am today😂‼️ My Aunt Jaye gave me this plant before Christmas & she’s still alive, I’m really proud of that. Her name is Aloevera🥰. When I first got her a few leaves broke and I had to cut off some dead ones after a while. I started to think I wasn’t going to do a good job when this happened. But, my mom said “Carrie, sometimes a few leaves will fall off or die and you have to get rid of them, she’ll keep growing! It’s okay.”
Aloevera, doesn’t require a whole lot. But, I still have to remember to water 💦 her and take care of her.
Do any of you have plants?
How long have you been caring for them?
I want so many more, mom has a lot… but she said I have to keep Aloe alive for a few months first. Lol

Anyway, If you’re a new plant mom like me, or working on something that seems a little hard, keep going don’t 🛑!! It gets easier over time and you’ll get even better at whatever it is. Happy Wednesday

Here’s a quick but this Friday is actually going the same way, loading kids up in the car, heading out to get things done. Somethings don’t change and that’s okay! I wouldn’t have it any other way. Last night was long… I did not feel like even going to the kitchen for a cup of 🍵😂. But, I know this morning is new and so I told myself I feel refreshed, after a while I did! It’s Thursday, that means only one work day left in the week for many, (two more for us💪).
But, I needed to remind some of our DCL luvs💕 that WE are NOT losing our FAITH!! Our Faith is always greater than anything, especially fear.
So, today when fear ties to sneak in and doubt tries to settle…When disappointment tries to ring you around the neck. Shake the hold that it THINKS it has loose👊keep pushing forward. Greater is He that is in me🫵. I have NO reason to fear. 🗣
I know you’re probably saying well, I don’t deal with fear, if you’re worrying about a particular thing, that’s a form of fear… anxiety is a form of fear and we have to declare that that they are defeated. 💪🙌
We’re definitely encouraged so we wanted to encourage you, to keep the faith today & always.
Now go work to make it happen… I believe God for me and you😉 it’s going to happen, like a good friend said, in the blink of an eye.
