A few updates:

My life has been very busy lately and while I am still taking some orders, I am slowing down to focus on other priorities! I recently returned to work as a lab tech and my children are very active. A few things I will now be enforcing:

-No Stock! I don’t keep extras on hand for “last minute orders”. I need to know atleast 12-14 days ahead if clothing or materials need to be ordered

-I will answer embroidery questions during normal business hours (8-5) IF I am available. It may be the next day if I’m working a 12 hr shift. If you text or message me and I don’t respond immediately, sorry.

-I don’t take orders from Minors, please get your parent or guardian to message me so I don’t take an order they may not be aware they’re paying for.

-last minute orders: there will be a $25 (or more depending on size if order) up charge for any order expected to be done within a 48 hr period. My prices are very reasonable but my time is also valuable to me. As stated, I am very busy, away from home multiple days a week and usually have to reschedule things to make these orders happen in that short amount of time.

-turn around time will very since my schedule is different now. I will not respond to questions about finished orders if it is still within the turn around time window.
