How to Series: Side plank

Key points to think about next time you are in a side plank:

•is my shoulder stacked on top of my elbow
•am I sinking into my shoulder socket
•are my hips sinking into the pit?
•am I lifting my hips up?
•am I engaging my oblique? Or am I just dumping my weight down?
