Sometimes we all need the reminder to be still, especially in the March madness of life.

“Be still and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10

This verse is such a powerful reminder to pause, step back from the busyness of life, and remember that God is in control. When things feel overwhelming, it calls us to trust Him and rest in His presence.

I decided to use pine trees for this design as the Bible mentions pine trees in a few passages as a symbol of God’s restorative power and the beauty and strength found in His creation.

It felt like the perfect image to pair with a verse about slowing down, being still, and trusting Him.

These words sit at the core of Galatians 2:20 and at the heart of 2:twenty gal.

This new design is a simple reminder in the middle of everyday life of where our life and identity are found. The cross reflects the truth that our old self has been crucified and the life we now live is through Christ.

January is often a season of fresh starts and new beginnings.

Even though it is the end of the month, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce 2:twenty gal, a faith-based brand inspired by my life verse, Galatians 2:20.

Behind the scenes, this business is run by a working mom and wife, juggling work, kids’ activities, and all the busy moments of everyday life. I create and run 2:twenty gal in the little pockets of spare time I have, which is truly a labor of love.

Because of that, I don’t keep a large inventory on hand, and orders may occasionally take a bit longer to process, but each one is made with care and intention.

Sometimes the best reminder of God’s goodness is simply stepping outside.

This new tee says “Take a Hike” inspired by Psalm 104:24:

“How many are your works, Lord! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures.”

When you take a hike, you’re walking right through the beauty of His creation. Every tree, trail, and breath of fresh air pointing back to the wisdom of His hands.
