Today marks 6 months of consistency—5 days a week, side by side. When we first started, the goal was simple: we just wanted to get “skinny.” But half a year later, that goal has grown into something so much bigger.
We still remember when 5 lbs felt like a challenge, and now we’re racking 45s like it’s nothing. The physical progress is undeniable, but what we’re most proud of is the transformation beyond the muscle.
These past 6 months have been filled with beautiful moments, tough days, frustration, tears, and so much laughter. There were workouts we didn’t think we had in us, but we pushed through. Days we didn’t want to show up, but we held each other accountable. Times we failed and times we conquered—but through it all, we never quit.
Doing this together has been the biggest blessing. We’ve been there for each other through every rep, every laugh, every “we got this” moment. We’ve grown stronger not just in our bodies, but in our mindset, our confidence, and our friendship.
Six months ago, this was just the beginning. Today, it’s a lifestyle. And we couldn’t be prouder of the strength, discipline, and mindset we’ve built together—or more excited for everything still to come. 💪💕🌻
