Please understand about small businesses.. we run on caffeine and Jesus 90% of the time. Turn around time on products can be delayed especially around busy times. Lastly if you are looking for a SPECIFIC design. Please list that when ordering. 9 out of 10 times my vinvyl and embroidery designs are done from scratch. I enjoy creating them... So if you are not specific then I will create something that I think is going to look great and suit the customer. Because I take pride in my work. None of this is rushed. I try my best to have quick turn around with the fact that I do work a full time job, raise children, and run a household.

I do not offer refunds, and compared to other pricing I am on the lower end. These items take time and money to create, and when I am doing something that is taking away from my children and family time and barely charging to get ahead of what materials cost me, then it shouldn't be an issue. Please be considerate of small businesses and their owners. We are not these major companies who price gauge and don't care what the product looks like. When you go and talk and spread about how the product looked different in your head than what you got and for the price you paid keep all these facts in mind. You are bad mouthing a business and taking away potential profit bc you were not specific in your order. I truly appreciate every one of my customers especially during holidays and busy times. Please let's be respectful.
