Yesterday, a whole bunch of people gathered in front of a little shop that has somehow managed to stick around for 40 years.

We're still trying to process that.

To everyone who came to the ribbon cutting, shared a post, stopped by the shop, told a friend about us, bought something strange, bought something practical, or simply supported us over the years:

Thank you.

Businesses don't make it 40 years because of buildings, logos, or inventory.

They make it because of people.

For four decades, Morgantown has continued to support Cool Ridge, and we're incredibly grateful to be part of this community.

The future is still uncertain.

But one thing is clear:

Morgantown continues to show up for the people and places it cares about. ❤️

40 years ago somebody had an idea.

Against all odds, questionable decisions, changing trends, and at least a few moments where everyone involved said "well this is probably it"... we're still here. 😭✨
