Wayne in our Toy Department had himself a pretty extraordinary experience today. A donation came in of older educational games acquired for a school in the 1970s. He realized quickly these weren’t just any games. They were from the school he taught at… and they were HIS games from HIS classroom around 1978.

The States game still had the envelopes with his name and handwriting. The math game still had the red dots he marked to separate the pieces. 40+ years later, these same games found their way right back into his hands.

The smiles, laughter, and memories shared of incredible students and years spent teaching, filled the shop this morning. A little circle-of-life moment that pulled at the heartstrings today.

*That’s a wrap on our Community Sale! A huge success thanks to our amazing vendors, shoppers, and volunteers.*

We can’t wait to welcome all our vendors on Saturday. Each vendor will receive a little goodie bag from us - a small thank you for how grateful we are to have you with us.

You’ll find a wide mix this year:

Food + Drinks spread throughout: , , BREAD BOX LLC.

Vintage + Antiques: multiple vendors with rare finds and one‑of‑a‑kind pieces

Plants! - a full plant table with greenery for every home

School supplies: a helpful table stocked for your back‑to‑school needs

Everyday favorites: home décor, tools, Pokémon, Legos, kitchen goods, yard‑sale classics, and so much more

Thank you to every vendor joining us for the day. We’re excited to host you and can’t wait to see your setups come to life.
