Hey y’all! Heyyyyyyy!

The summer season is coming to a close and my birthday behavior 🎉💃🏽🎊🍾🥂🍷🥳🤩 has been long shut down and I’ve been thinking and asking myself some hard questions lately.

1. What exactly do you do?
2. Who do you do it for?
3. Why do you do it?

I already asked myself these questions at the beginning of my journey but needed to be real with myself as I took some time to reflect.

1. What do I do? I help women who have suffered heartbreak come back from the brink. Recognize who they are and walk in that truth toward fullness in their personal lives.
2. For whom do I do this? Women. Black women specifically. Because we have been taught to hate ourselves and other ourselves and it shows in what we accept as love.
3. Why? I do it because I know this feeling. I beat this feeling using the process and habits that I’m am going to show you!
