Yesterday was a bittersweet day at Moscow Family Eye Care. We were saying a very fond farewell to our incredible Patient Service Representative, Caroline! 💛

For the past 9 months, Caroline has been the warm smile, welcoming presence, and beating heart of our front desk.

Whether greeting our patients, keeping our days running seamlessly, or brightening the office with her infectious positivity, she has truly been the face of our company.

While we are so sad to see her go, we couldn’t be more excited for her as she packs her bags and embarks on an incredible new chapter moving abroad. ✈️

This natural instinct for uplifting others translates effortlessly into his virtual workspace, paired with a genuine love for Moscow Family Eye Care, operational efficiency, and supporting the team seamlessly behind the scenes.
Whether he is coordinating administrative tasks or helping the doctors with charting from afar, Matthan takes great pride in fulfilling his role with excellence and bringing people together.
