Last year about this time, I completed my very 1st flagbox. The metal flag was donated by my old job/company @ CAT Elkader. I primed & painted the flag and wanted to do a little more so I bought some cedar wood and some lights to create something unique. I donated this flagbox to Joey Hamann's Cancer benefit and very surprised it raised $1600 at the live auction. I was very happy and honored of our community support that day!

Since then, I've donated over a handful to other cancer benefits and local charity auctions. I'm still amazed of the outright support of great people in our communities who step in and help bid on these little creations of mine.

I just want to say thank you for the support and the nice words given to me from the past year! Talk to you again soon!

This little beauty will be live auctioned off at the River Ridge FFA Chapter banquet in Patch Grove this Sunday night. I heard there will also be pies to bid on as well! The River Ridge FFA council better have at least one Pecan pie for me to bid on!
