A normal day with normal clothing in my hometown of Satu Mare(Szatmár), Romania in the sixties. Check out the amount of shirt cuff showing, since suits were used daily the shirt cuff protected the jacket sleeve from becoming dingy.

The city being a manufacturing base for major fashion houses from Milan to London, the locals got a taste for style and pretty much always dressed the part. That may explain how I, Robert, and my wife, Marti, ended up in the clothing/fashion industry.

This summer we visited Milan (second picture) to continue our exposure to Italian style.
