About the job:
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Poseyville Agronomy location.
Responsibilities:
o Communicate professionally and clearly with all internal and external clients
o Provide timely and accurate information
o Duties include writing load tickets, weighing inbound and
outbound trucks, preparing corresponding documentation, invoicing,
inventory shipping/receiving, tracking, and reconciling.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel).
Basic knowledge of farming practices and products would be a plus
