This patchwork went home today! When Soi Chong Powell dropped it off, she shared the story and I just loved it!
Think back to 2020, everybody who could sew was making masks, so so so many masks. Soi, being a genuinely awesome person, got fabrics that reminded her of the people she was making masks for. Now fast forward a few years and now all of those left over fabrics were used in the quilt.
What a neat reminder of such a weird time!

Jolene and I picked out our fabric for matching 2025 temperature quilts! I made one for 2018 and *finally* quilted it last week! Jolene saw and wanted to try one of her own. This pile holds the six quilts I quilted for myself this past week! I love getting to step back and get some of my own projects finished up to enjoy. Tomorrow starts the beginning of the 2025 customer quilts and I can't wait to get started.
This past year has been wonderful. Some goals met, some goals missed! I will go into next year with a full heart and the ambition to make it better than the last!

The Christmas rush is in full swing!!! For those that are still needing to get in before the Christmas season is upon us, reminder that October 31st is the last day to get on the list!

If you need quilting or another project you want in for a Christmas delivery, you MUST be on the list by October 31st and I must have the project here by November 15th. So let me know what you need so I can get you in! Happy quilting!
