Yesterday we got to do one of my favorite events of the year our hometown event!

This one is always a full-circle moment for me. I remember attending this event as a child, and now I’ve had the opportunity to set up here with my own small business for the past 3–4 years. It never gets old getting to see so many familiar faces and having our hometown show up and support us.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped by, shopped with us, said hello, shared our stuff, or continues to support us throughout the year. Every bit of it means more than you know!

Everyone usually gets to see the fun front side of vendor events the booth all set up, the shirts displayed, and everything looking nice. 😂 What you don’t always see is the aftermath… unloading, reorganizing, counting inventory, putting everything back where it belongs, cleaning up, and getting ready to do it all over again!

So here’s a little look at the not so glamorous side of being a small business owner after an event. 😂

We have another event coming up in September, and this time I’m taking y’all along for the FULL journey from loading and setting up, to the start of the day, the craziness in the middle, breakdown, unloading, and everything in between. I want to show just how much work goes into making one event happen!

Thank y’all again for continuing to support Scruffy Bear Company and allowing me to keep doing something I truly love. Yesterday was another one for the books! 🐻❤️
