Now, we have a Family requesting a Queen mattress! We can arrange a pick up! If anyone has one that is just taking up space, we’d love to bless this Family with a bed for their Kiddo.

Requesting food for a few Families in our Community

All Families are unable to drive. No vehicle or disabled. Delivery to them directly, or to our MLT Diaper and Formula Pantry to get to them, would be amazing!!

Family A: Family of 4
2 adults, 2 kiddos
No allergies. ANY foods are appreciated

Family B: Family of 2
2 adults, senior and disabled

Jello
Fruit cups
Graham crackers
Ritz crackers
Bread
Canned soup
2 Boxed Cake Mix (Yellow or Butter)
Spaghetti sauce
Spaghetti noodles
Ground beef
Sausage
Eggs

Family B: Family of 3
1 adult, 2 kiddos
Instant noodles, mashed potatoes, jello, pudding and juices

Good morning Community 🥰

Wow 🥹 so many of you with your comments, messages and phone calls of love and support for me and my Family. I don’t know what to say. I don’t know how to thank you.

I am ready to start the MLT Diaper and Formula Pantry back up again. Slowly. But, I will be here. Giving brings me joy. And this morning, I read a devotional that really spoke to me. About giving with joy. I’ll mention it on my Mina’s Safe Space Podcast today. But, I feel, it’s time.

Thank you all. So very much for your love and just being present. It has meant so much to me. Maybe more than I can express to you.

My deepest apologies. I am going to step away for a bit. Not sure of the time frame. Maybe just a few days. Maybe longer.

I am struggling in this grieving journey. And with September 8th being one year since we lost my Husband……I am trying to navigate the emotions and tasks of getting the Kids ready for school and such.

I appreciate your patience with me. And will keep you updated. I promise.

My heart has always been in giving back.

Serving others isn’t just something I do through my nonprofit. It’s part of who I am. Whether it’s feeding the homeless, helping a family in crisis, or simply showing up for someone who needs kindness, giving back fills my heart in a way I can’t even explain.

As many of you know, Love Beyond Blood Foundation exists specifically to serve kinship families. That is, and will always be, our primary mission. On occasion, if we’re blessed with an abundance of donations that are nearing expiration or we receive more supplies than our kinship families can use right away, we’ll open those items to the public so nothing goes to waste. But our focus will always remain supporting kinship caregivers and the children they are raising.

With that said, my heart also wants to bless the community that has shown so much love and support.

So on Saturday, August 29, 2026, beginning at 1 PM at Forest Park in Everett, I’d love to treat the first 50 children to a free summer lunch!

Each child will receive:
🌭 A hot dog
💧 Bottled water
🥔 A bag of chips
🍉 Fresh watermelon
🧊 A freeze pop

We’ll begin serving at 1 PM and continue until all 50 lunches have been given away.

This isn’t a fundraiser. It’s simply an opportunity to spread a little kindness, bring some smiles to children’s faces, and remind our community that sometimes the smallest acts of love leave the biggest impact.

I can’t wait to see your smiling faces.

If you’d like to be a part of this event, we’d love to have you join us. While there’s absolutely no obligation, several people have asked if there’s a way they can contribute. If you’d like to help us extend our reach and provide meals for even more children, donations of any amount are always appreciated.

Every dollar received goes directly toward feeding more kids that day.
