In today’s post Jeff shares how the Kaas Tailored team runs our daily huddles, highlighting how huddles speed up the flow of information, provide ways for collaboration across departments, and build trust between employees.

The purpose of our daily huddles is to keep value creation moving. There's a variety of tools to choose from to help organize daily huddles, but we use Trello and Zoom or FaceTime. Every day at 7:30, we all call in from wherever we are in the world.
