"Invoice Policies"
I am a small business so I need things to run as smooth as possible.
I go live and post album sales throughout the week. Items may be claimed anytime during this said week. I make up invoices on every Friday.
You have 24 hours to pay your said invoice. All invoices need to be paid so shipping or pickup can be arranged. If you are unable to pay, please do not claim that week.
If invoices are not paid, All claimed items will be returned to inventory and you will lose your claim on them as well as any won prizes.
If payments continue to be a problem after the 3rd incident you will be blocked from future lives for a time disabling you from being able to claim anything.
⭐Also, if there is an issue with your order you have ONE WEEK from the delivery date to bring it to my attention for proper corrections⭐

Invoices are sent every Friday. So feel free to shop all week and only pay one shipping fee! Packages are sent Friday's and Monday's. I ask that all invoices be paid within the 24 hour timeframe to ensure Monday Shipping. IF you need an extension for any reason, please message me privately.
Please do not cancel items after a live is finished as this prevents the item from being claimed during the live. No partial payments.
I understand that life happens. If you need to cancel an invoice let me know. Cancellation of an invoice results in forfeit of any prize items. This is only acceptable one time for customers and not at all for consultants. Multiple times will result in you being removed from the groups and blocked from lives.
