The lost shipment of shirts has officially been delivered! 🙌

Running a business means things happen that are both in and out of our control. We haven’t had a shipment of shirts get lost in transit in years, and somehow this week we had 4 separate orders affected by it. 😩

We love, love, love trying to meet our customer’s rush timeframes, and we truly do everything we can to move mountains when it comes to your requests.

When something completely out of our control happens, we just hope it doesn’t reflect poorly on us or the way we do business. We promise we’re always working behind the scenes to make things right and get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

We are still within our normal turnaround time, it’s just crazy how one unexpected day in the business world can throw a wrench into the entire system. 😅

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We always try to be transparent and keep you all in the loop… probably sometimes more open than we should be! 😉😂
