one last event to try to get rid of our inventory happening TONIGHT and TOMORROW🥰

this will be a long one filled with my favorite pictures or memories to reflect on — I am SO grateful for all you wonderful people who have supported me and become my friends through my sweet shop. I feel so lucky to have been so young to start & run a successful shop + to have the opportunity to pour into a community I love so dearly. The season I’m currently in just doesn’t support the time or heart needed to properly run my shop to the best of its ability. I’ve cried and fought with God for months now to figure out a way to keep my shop while still being the best at the things I’m called to be currently: a disciple, a wife, and a mother. I realize that being a business owner I’m not good at any of those things right now although my sweet family and friends would argue that; I know I could be so much better without the stress and effort I’m still having to throw into my shop to keep it alive. I’m so grateful for the shop keeping me so busy in a season where I needed to be busy and keep me occupied on building something much larger than I. Owning a shop so young taught me perseverance, how to love people better, give more grace, and a lot of faith that God always has things right in the palm of his hand. I think for now I’m being called to put that trust in God once again as I step away for now and hand over the beautiful location I created to someone who I know loves this community and wants to see it thrive even more than I…. I realize now what a huge blessing that is to be given such a peace knowing he’s been preparing things all along for someone else and I’m just grateful to have followed His plans + have a small part in His bigger picture. Maybe one day I’ll open another shop when I have more time on my hands but for now this is a see you later to the best people I’ve had the pleasure to do business with in my sweet shop from Brighton to Munford — I’m forever grateful and know that God will always be the center of where I’m headed. ❤️ a sweet God wink of things I realized today were closing up on year SEVEN of business; seven in biblical terms means completeness and perfection which just reiterates how sweet God’s timing is❤️

this season of owning a retail shop has been HARD — my last year was a year of a lot of change and while it’s all things I feel so undeserving of it doesn’t take away from the molding process God’s put me under.
I accepted a corporate job, found out I was pregnant, became a wife, started living with someone for the first time in my life (sos I’m so independent I know I’m the problem), was laid off from said corporate job (boo you tariffs), and then became a mother all between the months of October-May 😆 the fear of having to let my shop go has been at an all time high between my focus shifting and terribly high inflation + tough economy which is strange since this has been my career for going on SEVEN years — continuously praying for God’s will with my sweet shop and to stay in His will whatever that may lead to.

Just a humble reminder that these little social media highlights of someone’s life don’t paint the bigger not as pretty picture so if you’re the praying type add us into your prayers that we’re exactly where God wants us and if not He’ll lead us where we should be🤍
