***Had some people asking what happened with the suede around the toe. The nubuck is pretty fragile due to age and started cracking during the repair. The options were to either leave as is or to use flocking powder, neither of which looked good. Instead, I opted to remove the remaining nubuck from the toes and dye the raw material.

Taking it all the way back to the 2006-2007 NBA season for these. I grabbed this pair a couple months back on eBay for $80, which is insane because IYKYK!!! There was a time when these were one of those ultimate Bron grails and were almost considered a pipe dream to get a hold of. They’re a retro, of course, but nonetheless, such a dope colorway. I just need to get a hold of the matching Hardwood Classics Cavs jersey now.

Got these delivered a few weeks back but finally got around to taking pics of my recent DB pickup for the Kentuckys aka Storm Blues. Not much to say other than DB did the damn thing once again with these.

I sold my 2016 retros a few years back so I’m definitely glad to have a brand new pair as well as a pair more accurate to the OGs. Now just patiently waiting for some of the other OG colorways to restock.
