The benefits of light meditation vs deep meditation which is one of things I am correcting daily. Catching this is very good because I can gain back some of my personal time and the fact that, I see my issues.

People talk about western mysticism and eastern mysticism speaking as if they both are colonized when they are different all together as the Western mysticism world grows so does Eastern mysticism that could not be wrong.
