We will be announcing soon when we will begin taking orders for:

After months of dreaming, planning, building, and more sleepless nights than we can count… Heifer & Bull is officially opening this week!

Every late night, early morning, prayer, and ounce of hard work has gone into creating a place that honors our local farmers, Appalachian artisans, and this incredible community we’re blessed to call home. This isn’t just a butcher shop—it’s a labor of love, faith, and purpose.

We cannot wait to open our doors, shake your hands, and welcome you in. Thank you for cheering us on, believing in us, and walking this journey with us.
