We’re all for making magic in your home. ✨ Sometimes, it’s as simple as incorporating a piece of cut crystal in a place that throws rainbows around your space when the sun hits it at a certain time of day. Sometimes, it’s creating little corners or vignettes with sticks, stones, and pieces of nature that remind you of your favorite places. Sometimes, it’s omitting a coffee table in your design so that you have the perfect place to dance whenever the opportunity allows. 💃🌈✨

We have been cocooned in this space for the last few months. The last few weeks have been painfully beautiful. The days and then hours became so sacred. I have so many intense feelings and memories. I want to express my thankfulness of this space created.

Our home.

We experienced earlier in the summer how it felt to celebrate love and commitment during my daughter’s wedding here. These flowers however, hold a different sentiment. We now know the feeling of ushering a loved one through to the other side in this same space. Great joys and great pain alike. Love is so powerful.

Our home meets us wherever we are. It feels safe and beautiful. It matches our needs. I love how it feels--like a trusted companion. Reminding me of treasures and secrets. Of memories and dreams.

Your house should be this for you. It is important. How it holds you when you are alone and when it is shared with others. I found this can only be accomplished by filling your home with the things you truly love. When you love your home it will love you back.

On Monday and we were taking a reprieve from the summer sun and by Tuesday we were wrapped in a blanket while honoring our ancestors before us. The ones who made Kentucky their home; the ones who are so rooted within our lives and our work. Running this brand means learning when to expand, and when to step back and go inward. Our homes and our garments are designed for these exact moments. You know, the ones where we pause, reflect and listen to the quiet. Magic happens when we stop fighting the seasons and start trusting the rest. ✨ Happy equinox week, dear friends. May you find your center in the shift.

Last month, we celebrated my daughter’s wedding in our home. Life has been wonderfully hectic lately, but our home was ready when the day arrived. I only had to bring in a few dining chairs and add some bouquets.

That is the beauty of intuitive design. A thoughtfully designed home is not just beautiful for everyday life—it is prepared to hold your most meaningful moments, too.

Every gathering, holiday, celebration, and quiet day becomes part of your family’s story. Can you imagine these photos without the feeling of this space? They would have felt so different.

Lots of nautical themed vintage finds in our little booth down row 3 at Murray Peddlers Mall. On the other hand, if anyone has been dreaming of a moody sea voyage themed office, lake Airbnb or otherwise—now is your time to reach out. ⛵️

Hot take: You will never be satisfied creating a home based on someone's else's vision. Odd pieces, collections and personal items are essential! And that is why we love the work that we do intuitively for others and their spaces. No space we touch will ever be recreated because each one will be a reflection of the people who live in it.

Wow! It's been an absolute journey with this limited collection. We inherited some absolutely gorgeous antique linens that were well-loved that we absolutely couldn't let just sit in tubs in our attic. So, we decided to turn them into one-of-a-kind pieces to be worn and loved by some of our favorite people! We have tried very hard to clean them the best that we can, and we believe their slight flaws tell the story of generations and generations of love around tables that is beautiful in the most beloved way. Please ask any questions if you are concerned with condition or fit before purchasing and we hope you see the love in them just as we do!

We so enjoy solving the puzzle of working in our clients pieces and sourcing the perfect additions to die everything together within their budget.
