Our Booth Fairy was BUSY today and LOOK WHAT SHE DID!!! She got so much new stuff out, rearranged, fluffed, layered and tucked things everywhere—and these shelves look SO GOOD. 😭❤️

Seriously, zoom in. DO YOU SEE WHAT’S NEW?! 👀 Because there is A LOT!

And she got it all looking this good just in time for a long weekend that is WAY too hot to be outside. Get in the air conditioning, wander Murray Peddlers Mall and BUY SOME STUFF!!

We’re only one day in and things are already happening! �

Our Booth Fairy was at it again today and moved a new shelf into Main Character Mercantile — Row 2. Of course she already made it cute, but I can’t wait to see what else she comes up with! I think it needs some florals… which has now turned into me deciding EVERYTHING needs more florals and greenery. ���

� Flourish has an ENTIRE empty shelf for her to surprise us with!

� I FINALLY have another bookshelf painted and ready to head to House of Ever After — Row 4, which means MORE ROOM FOR BOOKS and stuff.

And speaking of books… they had a SPECTACULAR August. �� And we haven’t even finished what we started in Row 4 yet! There’s still more shelving to add, more books ready to come in, and so much more I want to do with that space. I literally cannot wait to see what happens when we get it all finished!

And somebody new discovered our little bookstore TODAY and absolutely made my day. I have no idea who you were, but THANK YOU! Now I just need somebody new to discover it tomorrow… because today’s person is STOCKED. ��

I have a million ideas, apparently no ability to leave well enough alone, and a Booth Fairy who keeps helping me bring them to life. ��

Let’s see what September brings!!! ���

NOW FOR THE PINK STACK! 💕📚

This is just a little sample from the BIG batch of YA Blind Dates I wrapped—and there are LOTS more already wrapped and ready to replace these as they sell!

And a reminder: YA doesn’t mean “just for kids!” 😂 Adults can absolutely love YA too. There are some REALLY good books hiding under this pink paper.

You’ll see ages like 12+, 14+, etc. on the cards. Those are there to help if you’re shopping for a younger reader. And if you’re ever unsure whether a book is right for them, scan it and check it out before you buy!

And just like the books in Row 4, I price the YA Blind Dates lower whenever I can. Because sometimes that reader really is 12 or 14—and they’re standing there with their own money trying to pick out their next book. 💕📚 I want them to be able to afford it. “You can never get enough books into the hands of enough children.” — Dolly Parton
