I wanted to hop on here and mention a few things and remind you all of some little things. Whenever you see this, plz initial the post to keep it bumped up 🫶🏼
First and foremost, thank you to all of my loyal customers who continue to order from me and support my business! Without you, I wouldn’t still be here doing this. TRUST ME. There are so many days I want to pack up this business and either throw it away or sell it to someone else who wants to endure the stress. Somehow I’m still floating. 🙃
Secondly, please remember, I’m SOLELY an online business. I do not have a brick and mortar. I do this by myself, aside from sometimes having my sister drop packages off at the post office for me. I’m a wife, a mom to 3, and I work a full time job. This is NOT an income source at all for me. When I price shirts, I price them to sell. I don’t profit anything more than MAYBE $1 per shirt. When I price my items I have to include the cost of materials, my polymailers, shipping/pickup labels, shipping cost, and my time is thrown in free of charge. Literally not joking. When you order something online, you risk the shipping companies not delivering on time, you risk TAT sometimes being stretched, etc. 99% of the time these things are out of my control. I do my very best to communicate with you all and keep everyone in the loop, even when it’s my ass on the line.
I have policies as well.
If you order something for pickup, you have THIRTY • 30 days to pickup your item or I pull it in and you risk it being re-sold and you do NOT get a refund. Thirty days is plenty of time to get your items or communicate with me if you need extra time.
If you order something and you pay for it, and it’s within the TAT you cannot ask me for a refund. I will refund you if something is my fault, or something is out of TAT. Hence why sometimes I mention TAT and sometimes I don’t. Because sometimes I genuinely do not know. When items come from overseas, s**t happens.
The holidays are the toughest time of the year for business owners. We are bashed, we are yelled at, we are stollen from, and the list goes on. What I will not tolerate, is hatefulness. If you’re one of my long time customers then you know I would give you the shirt off my back at any given moment. But, when it comes to this business I have to stand my ground and abide by policies. It’s unfair for me to be out any money just because a customer is being cranky. Also, let me add, if you have a question about an order— you need to message or email ME, not another customer. I thought this was common sense but evidently I needed to throw that out there.
My response time is M-F, 24-48 hours, weekend times vary.
Anyway, if you have any questions about anything at all, don’t hesitate to reach out! I will always be upfront and honest with my customers. Again, thank you to my loyal girlies who stick around and understand the chaos I endure while doing this. MUCH LOVE TO YOU ALL! 🤟🏼
