I take pride in the items I offer, along with extremely reasonable pricing. I wouldn’t sell anything that I wouldn’t purchase for myself. Customer service is my priority, and I promise to provide my best to everyone. o within a few hours, if not sooner. Here are some guidelines/rules with regard to purchasing items from my Facebook Live Shops:
1. To identify each item, I hold up numbers and assign them to the item. To purchase/claim an item, you will comment with “Mine”or “Sold” and the number. I ask that you do not claim an item unless you are committed to purchasing it. This way, it’s fair to everyone. The FIRST person to claim any item will receive that item. There may be cases when I can attempt to get more of a sold out item, but there is never a guarantee.
2. If you claim an item to purchase, you will need to message me your email.
3. The morning after the Live Shop, I create and send out all invoices via email. Payments are required within 24 hours. You will need to contact me if you would like to pay via PayPal, Venmo or other payment apps once you receive the invoice.
4. Shipping Costs will vary – in most cases, shipping will be $6.00 flat. However, if purchasing larger, heavier items, the price will be higher. Please know that shipping costs will fluctuate, due to the rising costs via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs will be relayed/explained at the beginning of each Live Shop.
5. Orders will be shipped within 3 days of payment. In MOST cases, your orders are shipped the next day. In the event that I am unable to process an order within the 3 days, you will be notified in advance.
6. If, for any reason, you are unhappy or dissatisfied with a purchased item, you need to contact me upon receipt of the item. If an item breaks or isn’t working, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I am always willing to work with each of you on an individual basis, with regard to replacements and refunds. Communication and honesty is key. Thank you for your support. I value each and every one of you. Word of mouth, and sharing is HUGE for helping me grow my business.
