The Bible says “Don’t be afraid” 365 times. Enough for each day of the year. If this is such an important theme in the Bible, why do we as Christians continue to be anxious and fear the unknown? We’re human… but, the good news is….

Isaiah 41:10 tells us that God is with us and he will strengthen and help us. Anxiety is not from GOD. Fear is not from GOD.
We here at Kraken Beachwear want you to know that Fear is a liar and GOD has told us to not be afraid enough times that it should be a daily reminder. When faced with adversity, don’t get stressed out, but thank God for allowing another opportunity for you to trust HIM. Love, Y’all. ❤️

Nothing dispels anxiety and fear from the body faster than giving thanks to the ONE who brought the Earth into existence. There is no place better to witness this calming technique than on the beach. As the tide brings the water to the shore, the waves roar, singing praise to “El Elyon” or God Most High. As you sit and listen, a peace comes over you and any anxiety and fear you once had, is gone in seconds. This was no accident and is a precious gift.
