No prior experience is necessary — we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping others, running, walking, and fitness and who are ready to learn what it means to deliver the Fleet Feet FIT experience.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll help customers find the right shoes and gear, learn about the latest products and technology, and be part of a fast-paced, supportive team.

What we’re looking for:

Friendly, customer-focused team players
Willingness to learn and grow
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passion for running, walking, fitness, or helping people

🏃 JOIN OUR FLEET FEET MYRTLE BEACH TEAM!

We’re hiring Fit Specialists! If you love helping people and have a passion for running, walking, fitness, or an active lifestyle, we’d love to meet you.

No prior experience necessary — we’ll provide the training you need to become one of our FIT experts.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly, outgoing & customer-focused
Excited to learn about shoes, gear & our FIT process
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and a great team player
Available evenings, weekends & holidays
Able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
This is not a seasonal position due to the training involved in becoming a Fit Specialist.
