Do what makes you uncomfortable. Pain is weakness leaving your body. We’ve spent the last 2 weeks learning from the best & being uncomfortable. Today I’ll be a ropes course similar to a Spartan Race with guys that are the age my children & grand children. I’m uncomfortable but loving every second of it! Stay tuned to see whst happens today.

This year, 2020, has been so hard in so many ways for a lot of us.
I think it’s hard to believe, for some of us, that deep down you were meant for bigger things. ❤️
Many people feel embarrassed or ashamed for wanting something bigger than what they have.
There is a reason that you might feel this way.
For me, that was hard. It was hard to admit that what I was doing not only wasn’t serving me it also wasn’t serving those around me either.
So here as we are coming to an end of this 2020 year. I am making a promise to myself. The promise of helping others. ❤️
