Nashville Running Company exists to bring you a better running experience on roads and trail through a unique selection of shoes, gear and expert advice. Our local, independently owned store has a staff that includes couch to 5kers, tracks stars, Boston Qualifiers, Ironman finishers, and Ultra trail runners. NRC strives to be a positive influence dedicated to building the Nashville running community and providing a place where all feel welcome to pursue their fitness goals.

🍅🍅 TOMATO 5K & FEST 🍅🍅

That’s a wrap on one of our favorite days of the year! The NRC Race Team kicked off the day with all around awesome performances at the East Nashville Tomato 5K, including Tony White’s 2nd Place Overall. Congrats, team, and huge thanks to ASICS for sponsoring! Shoutout to all of the newly minted East Nasty Running Club potatoes to tomatoes as well. 🥔🍅Lastly, thank you to Margaret Maddox Family YMCA for letting us be a part of this great race!

After the 5k, we had our annual hang with amazing homemade goodies (thanks to Emily Pritchard and friends, drinks courtesy of Walker Brothers and Black Abbey Brewing, and SALES!
