Our goal is and always has been to fit the customer/runner/walker with proper fitting footwear and apparel. Set realistic goals and stay consistent.

Our goal is and always has been to fit the customer/runner/walker with proper fitting footwear. This is why we measure your feet and analyze your natural gait cycle by watching you run or walk on the sidewalk. We also sell performance running and walking apparel. Between the two of us we have 68 years of running and 44 years of coaching experience. We can offer advice to runners and triathletes ab

out their training. We offer coaching services to all levels of runners, walkers and triathletes (space permitting), to those who are interested in having a program designed specifically for them. We believe there are no shortcuts to athletic success and know there will be ups and downs in your endeavors. For those of you who are injured we can offer the best advice and tell you who to see if you need professional medical help. We were here when running was not popular and now that it has changed and there are more people coming into this sport we can help you learn from the mistakes we have seen others make and maybe offer a solution. For those of you who are not competitive but want to stay fit and healthy you need proper footwear and clothing. Lifetime fitness is and should be the goal of everyone no matter if you are competitive or not. If there is anyway we can help let us know. We offer race information and you can sign up for any local running event at the store.
