Storyspace version 1 beta has launched and is out to our founding families!

After weeks and weeks of phone and video calls, emails, in-person meetings, and posting to socials, here’s where we’re at:

- 51 parents and caregivers filled out our initial Parent Feedback Survey.

- And 28 have signed on and are part of our 30-day beta program!

We are going to learn so much in these next 30 days.

A year and a half of building, researching, leaning on experts, more research, and tons more building, and we’re here.

It’s so wild that something living in my head for a long time has now reached this point.

Building StorySpace alongside Bill Greer has been nothing short of the best adventure. He’s wildly talented and I’m grateful that we get to do this together.

I would be remiss if I didn’t shout Deepa Caveney’s name from a mountain top. Her marketing excellence has helped me navigate a lot of planning and goal-setting.

I’m most certainly the luckiest.

StorySpace is our kid-powered storytelling app built for kids ages 6-12 who see and feel the world differently - those who are neurodivergent + highly imaginative.

It’s part of a larger ecosystem for kids and families over at Cavehouse Supply.

A couple of things (out of many) I learned early on as a founder in my previous companies is that if you want to achieve great things -
1. You can’t do it alone.
2. Ditch the ego and bring in those who are better and smarter than you.

Off to NeuroTech Frontiers Summit in San Diego next month to be an exhibitor and be part of the demo zone.

And this is only the beginning.

Know any families that would like to jump in and be a founding family on the ground floor? The parent feedback survey link is in the bio.

Brightness awaits

Counting down the days to the Neurotech Frontiers Summit in May 19th!

Can’t believe I’m typing this, but our kid-powered storytelling app StorySpace will be an exhibitor and part of the demo zone at the summit….WHAAAAAAT?!

This has been a lot of work over the past year and a half with . A lot of belief, a lot of trial and error.
But also knowing exactly why we are building this and more importantly, hearing from the families, educators, and experts that have already played a big role in feedback and validation.

As we’re gearing up to launch the V1 30-day beta program for the founding families, I’m sitting here on a Sunday afternoon full of gratitude and all of the excitement!

And this wouldn’t be moving along like it has been without the man, the myth, the legend, Bill Greer. I’ve learned so much from him.

I can’t wrap this up without acknowledging those who have not only acted in an advisory role for Cavehouse, but have also shaped me as a human being. These brilliant and talented people have taught me how to become a better leader, navigate the noise, and focus on what matters -

And of course, HUGE thank you to Janus Innovation Hub, , .vanderbilt and to for hosting!

So stoked to share more as Cavehouse Supply and StorySpace continue moving forward in this wild adventure!

San Diego - I’m heading your way!

Last week I went out on a limb and decided to apply to be an exhibitor at a large summit happening in May.

I knew lots of companies apply for this, and last year, only around 30 were chosen…but hey, why not? We have to be our biggest champions right?!

This week, I got the email.
They want StorySpace to be an exhibitor AND be part of their demo zone!! So I’ll be headed to San Diego for the NeuroTech Frontiers Summit on May 19th.

I’m so stoked to meet all of the brilliant minds in this space and share the work we are doing with StorySpace.

The biggest shoutout to Bill Greer . He has led the charge with building the app, from prototype to Version 1 that we’re launching soon as a 30-day beta program for 100 Founding Families (that was wild to type!!). Bill is also one of the most talented people I know and I can’t believe I get to build with him.

Our advisory team has been nothing short of incredible. I’m not sure how I got so lucky. A powerhouse combo of creative, talented, thoughtful, and kind...how does one find such a group?! I have to shout their names from a mountain top -

Timothy Noboes
Deepa Caveney
Brendan McCarthy
Dr. Erica Steakley

As we are gearing up for the summit in May, StorySpace is still sending out our parent feedback survey as an open invite for parents to be part of our 30-day beta program as Founding Families.

We’ll be sending out more info on all of the happenings in the newsletter this Sunday.

Thanks to everyone who has been cheering us on while we continue to build an ecosystem that redesigns how kids are supported, not managed.

Here we gooooo šŸš€

Parents know something most tech companies forget.

Kids don’t need more content.

They need more space to use their imagination.

And most apps that are designed for kids train them to watch, scroll, and react.

Very few invite them to actually create something of their own in a space that meets them where they are.

And for many neurodivergent kids especially, that difference matters.

Research shows storytelling helps children develop communication skills, process emotions, and organize their thoughts and experiences. For kids who experience the world differently, storytelling can also become a bridge between their internal world and the people around them.

But that kind of creative space is becoming harder to find.

So we started building StorySpace - a KID-POWERED storytelling app where kids create characters, build worlds, and write stories instead of consuming endless content.

No algorithms pushing videos or gamification to cause more anxiety, as countless studies show.

Just a place where imagination leads the way.

It’s designed especially for kids who are neurodivergent, highly imaginative, navigating mental health challenges like having a propensity towards anxiety.

And StorySpace is just one piece of what we’re building.

At Cavehouse Supply we’re creating an ecosystem around creativity, emotional development, and curiosity because kids don’t grow in isolation. They grow (and thrive) in families and communities.

Version 1 of StorySpace launches soon.

If you’re a parent who believes imagination is something worth protecting, I’d love to have you along for the journey.

Check out the link in the and let me know what you think!

It’s happening! We are about to launch version 1 of our kid-powered storytelling app - StorySpace

StorySpace is an app for kids to process emotions, express themselves, and build confidence in a space that meets them right where they are.

It turns their inner world into expressive stories with structure and support.

And did I mention, it’s KID-POWERED?!
Not AI powered.
It’s kids creating their own stories, with support tools designed with the help of educators, clinicians, and other experts in the space.

As part of our launch, we’d love to invite parents to be part of our 30-day beta program!

This will involve helping us test version 1 and being part of making this current version even better AND shaping newer versions.

We are limiting the initial 30-day beta program to only 100 parents and with this, those parents will be considered our ā€œfounding families,ā€ helping us kick things off!

If you’re a parent of a kiddo ages 6-12 years old and you’re interested in being a part, there’s a survey link in our bio.

We’re over the moon that this 2 year venture with StorySpace is taking shape and is even better than what we initially thought it could be. LOVE when those things happen!!

Thank you so much for your encouragement and support and we can’t wait to get this in your hands!

Have you heard?

Last year, Cavehouse Supply launched a video series based on feedback we received from YOU through our newsletter, at events, and messages.

You wanted to hear more about practical strategies your family could incorporate in the home, hearing from experts, educators, and other families.

Our first episode aired in August of 2025 and we’ve had some incredible people be a part of it.

It’s called At The Table and you can find our conversations on our Cavehouse Supply YouTube channel. Check out our stories to see some clips from past conversations. I’m certain you’ll love it!

And if you know of families who might benefit from this resource, please pass it along!!

Thanks so much for your continued support and encouragement as we keep building and creating. It means everything!

We’re kicking off a new year with our next At The Table episode featuring Dr. who is the Head of School at Templeton Academy in Nashville, TN and an all around powerhouse human!

We explore the delicate balance between building genuine grit and just forcing kids to ā€œtough it out,ā€ and how to help children find capacity for joy even in tasks they don’t love (yes, even the math homework).

Dr. Steakley shares specific strategies for responding when a child says ā€œI can’t do thisā€ and how families can create a culture where effort matters more than perfect results.

Here’s a quick clip that really hit hard and even for just a 1 minute teaser clip, it went pretty deep.

Check it out!

Happy holidays from Cavehouse Supply!!

Here’s some artwork I won in the silent auction from the Art Gala back in mid-November.

The title: Brain: Healthy Connections Make Me Strong
The artist: Malabo Nealy, 8 years old

I’m so grateful to be part of an incredible community of people who don’t just support kids from the sidelines and talk. They are doing the real work and taking action to be there for families and kiddos.

For me, the most inspired I ever feel is around kids. They are constantly creating, imagining, and embracing joy without thought.

From our company name to all of the designs, products, and work has been directly inspired by things kids have said and experienced.

We’re stoked to share all of the fun and amazing things happening in 2026!!

Be sure to subscribe to our monthly newsletter that empowers kids and supports families.

You’ll get early access to some of the launches from our video series, our NEW APP, a sneak peak at how the kids magazine is making its way into the community, and get free downloads for you and the kids!

Cheers to the remainder of 2025 and to the brightest year of 2026!
