August was full of pretty dresses, packed tux parties, big celebrations, road trips north, and the kind of memories that make all the busy worth it. 💙

We brought a beautiful Northern Iowa wedding to life, partnered on a fundraiser we were proud to be part of, and helped so many brides, moms, and wedding parties get ready for their own big moments.

And because life can’t be all dresses, décor, and timelines, we squeezed every last drop out of summer with the Iowa State Fair, camping trips, and plenty of family time.

August was busy, a little chaotic, and very, very good to us. Thank you for letting Something Blue have a small part in some of your biggest memories. September, let’s do this. 😉

A little behind-the-scenes wedding truth: teardown starts long before the dance floor closes. We work quietly around the celebration, packing what’s no longer needed while making sure the space still looks beautiful and your guests never feel rushed.

It may not be the glamorous part of a wedding day, but having a team that knows when and how to start cleaning up makes all the difference, because nobody wants to end the perfect night packing décor until 2 a.m. 🤍
