Alright, let's get real. I'm not cutting out fast fashion completely - I've got Zara in my closet. What I am saying is, know what you're paying for. These fast fashion brands teaming up with designers might look cool, but often it's just cheap fabric with a higher price tag. There's a difference between long-term and short-term fashion. I've got both, but I prioritize unique, long-lasting pieces. Do the math - $600 for a polyester shirt? Not worth it. Luxury brands might seem worth it, but think twice.

Also sleeping 7-8 hours a day is golden for your skin
