Yesterday around 2 PM a fire broke out in the Florien Fisher area in Sabine parish. We have 20 houses that was destroyed burned to the ground. Families are in need of personal items
Like toothpaste, toothbrush, clothes etc. If you can help please bring all items to Florien Civic center in florien. If you have any Questions call Florien city hall 318 586 7286.

Fried pork chops with 2 sides and cornbread
Fried chicken wings with 2 sides and cornbread

Come by the Vetwrans Place from 12 to 4 for your BBQ super bowl meals. Then from 4 to 9 we will be at the American legion in new Llano serving meals u till all is gone.

I had the easure to go and walk the site this morning in Peason on the Sabine Parish side. It is not pretty, so tomorrow at 10 the Veterans Place, JD Ratliff lodge #4, Christan living church, and soldiers from Fort Polk will be on site helping to restore some of the areas. So if anyone wants to help out and support we would love to have you. If anyone would like to donate plastic totes that will help out alot. I have a couple bags of Mustard Greens freshly picked out the Gerden from Muse Gardens. They have been a blessing by donating all these bags on Wenesday to share with the people in this community. If you would love to have a bag of Greens please come by and pick you up a bags.
