5 years ago we secured this trademark after having to defend the name from two other groups. One of the groups was coming at us pretty aggressive to the point we had to hire a trademark lawyer. Since then we have new groups still trying to claim the name but this time it’s been a lot easier having the paperwork to back it up. Our favorite was “be easy s*x pants” (actually). We tried to join forces with em but they decided to go in another direction lmao. Anyway happy five year anniversary to Be Easy being legal 🤝
