To our customers: After 10 years of tees, Storyville will close its doors at the end of December. If you'd like to purchase some Storyville tees before we go, now is your chance.

Supplying the wardrobe for your everyday life events -- Jazz Fests, birthdays, football game days -- has brought us so much joy over the years. We still smile every time we see a stranger wearing a Storyville tee.

We may have fought the NFL over "Who Dat" and attempted to recruit Brad Pitt to run for mayor, but we weren't able to overcome our biggest challenge yet: keeping Storyville afloat during two years of slower sales.

Josh and I will cherish every memory of running Storyville. Our employees and our customers were the greatest things about running our business. Thank you for letting us be a part of the New Orleans community (and Baton Rouge and Austin not so long ago). It's time for us to focus on the future: raising our two boys in this wonderful city.
