We’ve watched ops teams switch a chunk of returns to in-person drop-offs and see refunds land in ~2–3 days instead of ~6+. Support tickets fell 42%. Repeat orders inside 30 days rose 18%.

And here’s the thing — customers told us why. In a 4,100-response survey, 74% said the #1 factor was how fast cash hits back. Not the box. Not the label. The payout.
