Oh, how we l-o-v-e our Amazon shoppers. Unlike family (who’ll tell me everything I do is genius) or friends (who are much too genteel to blast me to my face), our Amazon customers? They’ll give it to us straight. No chaser. No mercy.
Just the cold, hard savage truth that can sometimes make me curl up in the corner of the closet and hum “Pink Pony 🦄 Club” to myself until it all stops.
If our baby product’s clip is 0.01 mm too tight, if the color looks “slightly off” under moonlight, if the box has a dent, they will let the world know ... and many times in ALL CAPS.
And you know what? It’s perfectly cool, and they are entitled to say whatever they d*mn well please because they are paying their hard earned money for our product in a time where every single dollar counts.
That’s why when we saw this review from Chelsea (wherever you are, whoever you are — we love you Chels 💛), our hearts were aflutter (this word needs to be used more often!!)
Chelsea didn’t just like our travel mobile, she called it “Exactly What I Was Looking For!” She found us after searching high and low for a flexible arm with a clip that could attach to a bouncer, stroller, changing station ... and she found Di**le Dangle Baby. Instead of finding fault, she found joy, which is why we got into this insane business in the first place.
Every piece of feedback, the cheers and the critiques, helps us make our products better, our service sharper, and our mission clearer: to help new parents everywhere experience less stress, more giggles, and maybe even a moment’s peace (parents can dream, right?).
