You know I love a good freehand moment & I love a client who lets me have creative freedom. Maya’s reference was falling stars with some lighting looking smoke, so I suggested one of my classic dog heads & chains weaving in & out of some UV stars. I use Waverly for my UV inks. If you’d like something like this I offer half & full day rates so you can fit in more tattoo for your budget.
