Excited to share that this Saturday, September 28th marks the opening reception of the Milliners Guild collaborative display with the Metropolitan Museum Store, showcasing pieces from the Mildred Blount competition, which were influenced by iconic film costume hats from the 1930s, 40s and 50s.

My hat, Midnight at the Races, inspired by Ava Gardner's hat in the 1940s film "She Went to the Races", will be on display + for sale alongside the other Guild member + competition hats in the The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York gallery shop on the second floor through October 30th. A huge thank you to The Met Store Milliners Guild and everyone who worked to get this display read for the public!
