Last night, I had the absolute joy of popping into my pal, Vivian's book signing. 📖✨

We met 🔙 in high school through FBLA —yes, I cringed too—but she’s truly embodied that spirit. Now, she’s inspiring women to change their relationship w/ 💰.

As someone who’s spent part of my early career building brands / digital communities, I know it’s no small feat to create a platform like she has. That makes Your Rich BFF + her achievements ALL the more impressive (!!!)

Probably the closest I will ever get to a sports🏆 is being featured on the same list as Philadelphia Eagles’ Haason Reddick(!)

In all seriousness, I wouldn’t be where I am without Temple University. Being on any of their lists, especially the , feels like a pinch-me moment, something the 18-year-old me would be equally mind-blown by. [me atm = 🤯]

Can’t believe it has been a year since the Victoria's Secret documentary came out on Hulu (!)

While the documentary doesn’t tell the whole story of the supply chain + garment workers powering it, being a part of this project was something I am still proud of.

For what it’s worth, I continue to adamantly believe that companies with the right leaders can change, and the larger the size, the more impact that change can be.

So here’s to 1 year of , and my frizzy hair that is forever now captured in video format, as well as on IMBD.

Around the time I was chasing internships at companies w/ big names, Danielle Pierson, Founder + CEO The Newsette was creating her own … and today it’s now valued at $220M making her the youngest Latina self-made millionaire @ just 27.

My first time running a social media account [that wasn’t my own] was when I landed the gig to start the Instagram for Delta Zeta at Temple University my freshman year.

Now a decade later, from a role in marketing at PINK to multiple full-time gigs focused on being GREEN, it’s fun to look back + realize that it all really began to click for me, while apart of Temple University’s Delta Zeta Sorority National chapter.

So so grateful for the opportunity to join as the first guest on DZ’s new podcast — as I *know* I wouldn’t be the woman I am today w/o this foundational experience.
