Meet Sarrah Strimel Bentley 💗

A member of The Little Words Project Breast Cancer Collective, our friend, and a woman whose story reminds us just how much joy can exist alongside life’s hardest moments.

You may know Sarrah Strimel Bentley as someone who spent years lighting up Broadway stages. What you may not know is that at just 38, she heard the words, “you have breast cancer,” after discovering a lump she almost brushed off. With no family history, her diagnosis changed everything.

What followed was surgery, chemo, and radiation. And when treatment put her dream of becoming a mom at risk, Sarrah found another way, welcoming her son through surrogacy. Today, she helps other survivors navigate that same journey, turning her own experience into hope for others. Through it all, she never stopped finding joy, even in the hardest moments.

We’re so honored to have Sarrah as one of 3 incredible women featured in our Breast Cancer Awareness Collective. This October, we’ve teamed up with BCRF with $5 from every bracelet donated directly to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation to help fund research toward a world without breast cancer.
