**Update**

I appreciate your patience more than you know! Several delayed orders have already been shipped, and every single remaining order will definitely be shipped by the end of next month. If you’re still waiting, you can expect your order very soon! I will also be getting back to every single dm and addressing any and every concern you may have!!🫶🏽

Also, to answer a question I’ve been getting a lot—YES, I am absolutely continuing Humble Hearts! I’m working on a new drop and as soon as the very last delayed order is shipped, I’ll be announcing it. Stay tuned!

UPDATE 🚨

Customs still has the bulk from the previous two drops. I went over orders and it’s about 60 - 70 customers leftover that are still waiting for their items. At this point if I could refund everyone that’s still waiting and move forward I would but I can’t since the drops were pre orders. I wish I could relay more information but I’m in the dark as to what’s taking so long from customs. Customs doesn’t have a consistent process or timeframe with packages they seize. I have no way of telling when exactly customs will send it out either, when I get ahold of them all they tell me is that they have it alongside a bunch of other stuff they seize and they have yet to look through the packages. All I can do is wait until they release the bulk.

I wanted to address a lot of other people’s concerns as well. I want to reassure everyone that no scamming is going on. If you haven’t received your order yet it’s because the items needed to complete your order are still held up in customs. I’ve been running Humble Hearts by myself for a little over a year now and have had multiple drops with every single order being completed with little to no issues. I never attempted to scam anyone since I started the brand and it’s not my intention to do so now. I’ve just had some unfortunate issues during the last two drops which have completely turned what I’ve been working towards too upside down.

I have tons of new designs that I have been working on and it’s heartbreaking that I can’t proceed and put them out for you all. I really enjoy doing this and being able to share my passion for all these mediums through clothing really means a lot to me. I can’t wait to resolve this so I can continue to do so. 🫶🏽

I have a lot of people asking me when are new drops coming and about the ongoing delay, hopefully this gives a bit of clarity. ❤️‍🩹

Dear Humble Hearts family, I wanted to update you on our latest bulk order. Unfortunately, it’s being held up in customs, causing delays. I’ve been in constant communication with them for about a week now but I’m still waiting on a release date. This is the second time this has happened in the last year, despite changes to our delivery process. I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. As soon as the packages are released, all pending orders will be completed. I’ll keep you all updated as soon as I have more information.
