Another fabulous market in the books!

Big thank you to everyone who stopped by the booth, tried things on, talked vintage, shared stories, and supported handmade + made in USA goods. You’re the reason small businesses like mine keep showing up early with tea in one hand and garment racks in the other.

And huge thanks to for putting together another great event and creating a space for small makers and vintage sellers to do what we love.

Great denim.
Fabulous boots.
Pieces that don’t need convincing.

Levi’s that already did the breaking in for you.
Frye cowboy boots that somehow go with everything.
Easy layers you’ll reach for without thinking.

Bringing these to next Sunday 10-2 pm, come find the piece you won’t want to take off.

Looking for something specific?
DM me or drop it below and I’ll bring it if I have it!

1993: me, probably drinking from a garden hose, wearing this bright pink Hard Rock Cafe ā€œSave the Planetā€ tee like it was a personality trait.

2026: still wearing it… because apparently I took the slogan personally.

Same shirt. Same mission.

This is your reminder that the most sustainable piece in your closet is the one you already own. No trend cycle required.

Fast fashion said ā€œnew every week.ā€
This shirt said ā€œI’ll wait.ā€

šŸŒŽ Happy Earth Day — wear it, repair it, keep it forever.

It’s time! First of the year!
The Second Sunday Showdown is happening right now in Clifton Park! Here until 4 pm.

04/10/2026

I heard Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, L.L. Bean, and Levi Strauss are all going to be Showdown in Clifton Park…

…which is wild because I didn’t think they got the invite.

Full disclosure I don’t think Ralph and Calvin are making an appearance, but I am bringing their best era with me.

You know, the made in USA, built-to-last, ā€œwhy does this feel better than anything I’ve tried on in the last 10 yearsā€ version.

So no, the designers won’t be there.

But their vintage pieces?
Yeah. They’re showing up ready.

See you Sunday! 11-4 pm

The 10 Slow Style Standards

Things I believe about clothes after years of vintage hunting, fashion school, and making clothes, footwear, &
handbags by hand.

Some people call this slow fashion.
I call it having standards (and slow fashionšŸ˜€)

Which one do you agree with most?

03/02/2026

Clothing shouldn’t fall apart after a few washes.

The real standard?
Pieces that last years…maybe decades.

When something is well-made, with good materials and thoughtful construction, it gets better with time.

Fast fashion expects you to replace things.
Slow style expects things to hold up.

Raise your standards. Your closet will thank you.

2026: What’s In / What’s Out
(same list as last year because… yeah.)

IN for 2026
• Clothes that last longer than a TikTok trend
• Buying less, choosing better
• Natural fibers, real materials, solid construction
• Vintage that’s already lived a good life
• Repairs, tailoring, second chances
• Wearing the thing again. And again. And again.
• Personal style over ā€œmust-haveā€ lists
• Slow style. Always.

OUT for 2026
• Fast fashion that falls apart in the wash
• ā€œHaulsā€ that age like milk
• Disposable trends
• Synthetic everything
• Clothes made to be replaced, not worn
• Overconsumption disguised as self-care

Same list. New year. No regrets.

Because if it didn’t work last year, it’s not suddenly going to work in 2026.

The new year is the perfect time to join the Slow Style Society. Nothing crazy, just periodic emails when I’m dropping new vintage on website, what I’m working on, market dates, and anything slow style.
